Research on the Capacity of Hydraulic Pile Driving under Adding Force

Abstract: High power using ratio in the process of pile driving of hydraulic static pile divers with quasi-constant-power is acquired. For being convenient for improving on the machine and quickening the course of pile driving , studying on the impact of the piston diameter of pile driving cylinder, the initial displacement of piston and the piston diameter of lift cylinder on the pile driving depth and force in the process of pile driving under adding force is need. For lucubrating the impact, the process of pile drivi… Show more

“…Compared with other pile driving machineries, it has many advantages such as no vibration, no noise, no pollution, safe, fast, economic, etc. and been used more and more widely in infrastructure construction [1,2]. Pile clamping mechanism is one of the important components of hydraulic static pile driver, while many researchers have endeavored to study and research in structural design, clamp alignment, force analysis and so on [3,4,5,6], little research has been done into the stress and deformation of pile clamping mechanism.…”
