Abstract:Transition metal sulfides (TMS) exhibit unique attributes such as high electron mobility, excellent charge transfer ability, narrow band gap, and large surface area, which makes them particularly attractive for use in surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) and as catalysts applications.
