Research on spatial filter lens auxiliary adjustment system in high power laser facility

Abstract: The spatial filter is the key component of the amplifier system in ICF high power laser driver. The conjugate lens at both ends and the filter hole in the middle constitute the main optical axis of the amplifier. Filter lens usually needs precise adjustment, and the existing adjustment mechanism is integrated at both ends of the filter, which is inconvenient to adjust and occupies a large space in use.
