Research on monorail car's wireless positioning and speed measurement

Abstract: To grasp monorail car's position and speed information in time used in orchard yard, this article introduce a GPRS communication technology for wireless location and speed measurement. ARM9 microprocessor is selected as a remote controller, a rotary encoder is used for providing with car's position and initial speed information. The design, which uses GPRS technology to accomplish wireless data transport and control, represents software design and hardware design. It is proved to be available by consequence.
