Abstract: This study assesses the mechanism of Doxorubicin (DOX) carried with Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles (MSN) in regulating the activity of liver tumor cells through regulating the activity of Hippo-Yes-associated protein (Hippo-YAP) signal pathway.
