With the development trend of low-carbon and digitization energy system transformation, digital strategic choice of energy enterprises becomes the key to the transformation and upgrading of energy system. Starting from the driving factors of the digital transformation of energy enterprises, this paper divides the digital transformation into two types: internal-driven and external-driven. Therefore, the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation(SPACE) model is constructed. The entropy weight method is used to calculate the evaluation scores of internal and external driving factors of 107 energy enterprises. According to this, the types and paths of enterprise digital transformation are identified. And put forward targeted digital transformation promotion strategies for energy enterprises, so as to promote the high quality development of energy enterprises.

As a result of implementing new development concepts and absorbing new technical revolutions in the Intelligent Economy Age, new infrastructure is defined as a new driving force for high-quality development. However, as new infrastructure is constructed, there are problems such as the small scale of high-tech industries, weak economic support and human capital, and difficulty in carrying out new infrastructure construction projects, so it has become crucial to find solutions to these problems. Using the slacks-based measure model and Moran index, this study compares and analyzes the input efficiency of new infrastructure in 30 provinces of China from 2011 to 2020, alongside the analysis of temporal and spatial differences. China’s new infrastructure input generally shows a stable development trend in terms of efficiency, while the regional coordination still needs to be strengthened. Eastern China maintains a leading trend, Central China is developing rapidly, and the western region and Northeastern China do not form high-value agglomeration areas. This study puts forward relevant policy recommendations from four dimensions—optimizing the industrial structure, giving scope to government function, focusing on key areas, and compensating for weak links—to supply a powerful impetus for the development of new infrastructure.

Traditional data processing applications are unsuitable for handling large amounts of data. To achieve an efficient manipulation and extraction of characteristics or samples that the information represents, it is necessary to know aspects such as data collection and treatment. In this document, a database corresponding to the behavior of electrical energy consumption in a residential load was refined. The debugging and statistical analysis of the samples were carried out using the principal component analysis. The training of the smallest data set to the original database was made using vector support machine techniques and artificial neural networks. Finally, a proposal is presented for the analysis of samples that are within the operating limits or not using updating dynamic patterns for the unsupervised validation of new samples.
