Research on Low Power Sigma-Delta Interface Circuit used in Capacitive Micro-accelerometers

Abstract: Accelerometers have a wide range application in many fields, such as airbag deployment system and electronic stability control system in vehicles, and inertial navigation system in aircrafts and rockets.
