To promote the development of sports, this study analyzes the results of track-and-field throwing events in a province of China using the methods of literature, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics, and grey prediction, and compares them with the results of track-and-field throwing events in China. The province has made brilliant achievements in track-and-field throwing events in history, but we can also find some problems behind these excellent achievements: the overall results of throwing events in the province are good, relatively outstanding in women’s javelin and men’s discus throw, but still at a low level in women’s shot put and women's hammer throw. In recent years, the throwing events in the province have gradually lost their advantages, especially in women’s shot put and men's hammer throw. Facing the current situation of throwing events in this province, we must clearly understand the characteristics of the performance development of track-and-field throwing events in this province, grasp the advantages of throwing events, and strive to make a breakthrough in other individual events. Only when we have a comprehensive and objective grasp of the development trend and law of achievements, we can fully understand where and how big the gap is with the highest level in China, and then find a breakthrough and catch-up.

With the continuous development of internet information computing, the continuous improvement of medical and health systems, and the continuous increase of medical big data, traditional operating room care also needs to be further optimized. Medical big data is a forum data set for medical industry healthcare, electronic medical record information, clinical case record information, medical financial data, remote patient monitoring data, clinical decision support data, medical insurance data set, online consulting platform, and so on. Gastrointestinal tumors are currently one of the largest malignant tumors. Compared with ordinary patients, the presence of fear, depression, irritability, and other unhealthy emotions in patients with gastrointestinal tumors will reduce the therapeutic effect. Without careful care, the use of chemotherapy and other treatments makes patients vulnerable to various side effects. This article aims to study the use of medical big data intelligent algorithms to perform detailed care for patients during gastrointestinal tumor surgery and analyze the effects of care. This paper proposes an improved DNN algorithm; the DNN algorithm is to use several weight coefficient matrices and bias vectors to perform a series of linear operations and activation operations with the input value vector, starting from the input layer, backward calculation layer by layer, until the operation reaches the output layer, and the output result is obtained. This algorithm is used to study the theory, use mathematical formulas for method calculation and model design, and use the model to carry out detailed nursing experiments in the relevant operating room. The results of the experiment show that patients who have performed detailed care have a 27.2% improvement in treatment and rehabilitation effects than those who have not, and the level of detailed care has an obvious positive relationship with the rate of condition conversion. In the end, the hospital’s detailed care quality evaluation index, which is QEI, increases by 1 point, which can increase the rate of condition conversion by 0.4.

In economic growth, the gradual increase in the effect of information technology makes the enterprise economic information management increasingly important for the survival and development of the enterprises. This paper designs an enterprise economic information management system for the complex internal economic information management business and process of enterprises. It provides daily office, information access, document preview, and transmission. The proposed design (i) copes with the inconsistency and irregularity of enterprise economic information data, (ii) quickly obtains valuable information from these massive high-frequency data, and (iii) improves the economic benefits of data assets and data management efficiency. The printing function systematizes the information management for departments such as enterprise economic information, personnel, and production. The main focus of this research includes the mode, framework, and function of the whole system software. Moreover, it also comprises of the use of Internet platform big data technology to realize the practicality, stability, and security of the system database algorithm, which has been practically used by enterprises to improve office efficiency and meet the needs of daily management of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current status of enterprise big data application, this paper constructs an enterprise economic informational management system based on big data and also describes in detail the key technologies of enterprise economic informational data management from three aspects: NoSQL-based big data storage management, Hadoop-based economic informational big data informational and economic informational big data analysis, and mining algorithm. Provide theoretical basis and basic technical support for online decision analysis.
