Research on Incentive Mechanism of Green Building Development

Abstract

Based on abroad experience of green building development, paper intends to set up a government, enterprises and users tripartite win-win effective incentive mechanism of green building development according to national conditions, and put forward some suggestions of China green building development, such as economic encouragement, policy support, preferential tax.
