Research on Improvement of Truck Vibration Based on Systematic G8D Method

Abstract: In view of the common and difficult to solve vehicle vibration problem, taking a large truck manufacturing enterprise in China as an example, an improved model for solving truck vibration problem is established by using the G8D method, and the unbalanced excitation force of the wheel system is analysed. The coupling of the excitation frequency and the natural frequency of the system leads to the resonance phenomenon, as well as the inadequate damping function of the system, is the fundamental cause of the vibr… Show more

“…Priority is given to the storage of some semifinished products. After start-up, the UV line can be started as long as the preheating is completed without waiting for the upstream process to pack and deliver the semifinished products, thus shortening the inventory level of the upstream process and improving the order cycle [21]. At the same time, the production plan and order operation system model associated with the supplier, customer, and order is established, forming pull-type production oriented to customer demand and realizing flexible restriction of production, production schedule adjustment, and production capacity restriction.…”

“…The output of China’s casting industry in 2020 was 51.95 million tons, ranking first in the world. Further expansion of the market along with continuous increases in raw material prices and transaction costs have imposed more stringent requirements on various standards of the casting industry, such as technology, production and management (Song et al , 2020; Guo et al , 2019). Minimizing redundancy in the production process has become the utmost urgency for the casting industry (Ben et al , 2019; Meudt et al , 2017; Lu et al , 2020).…”

“…With the development and advancement of technology, the product life cycle is getting shorter, increasing the number of end-of-life (EOL) products sent to the landfill [1,2]. If these EOL products are not handled properly, it will cause material waste and environmental pollution [3,4].…”
