Research on Higher Education “Quaternity” Cooperation Model Around Bohai Sea District

Abstract

Regional coordinated development trend with the subject of Tianjin and Beijing, as well as the mechanism reform with the orientation of “super ministries system” provide an opportunity for the educational cooperation development around Bohai sea district. Based on higher education development around Bohai sea district and the characteristics of its development, this paper scientifically confirmed the multi-subject system of higher education cooperation around Bohai sea district, constructing the operation system of cooperation subject from macro, moderate and micro levels. On the basis of these, this paper established the “quaternity” cooperation model.
