The structure of the grain-and-oil-food-supply chain has the characteristics of complexity, cross-regionality, a long cycle, and numerous participants, making it difficult to maintain the safety of supply. In recent years, some phenomena have emerged in the field of grain procurement and sale, such as topping the new with the old, rotating grains, the pressure of grades and prices, and counterfeit oil food, which have seriously threatened grain-and-oil-food security. Blockchain technology has the advantage of decentralization and non-tampering Therefore, this study analyzes the characteristics of traceability data in the grain-and-oil-food-supply chain, and presents a blockchain-based traceability model for the grain-and-oil-food-supply chain. Firstly, a new method combining blockchain and machine learning is proposed to enhance the authenticity and reliability of blockchain source data by constructing anomalous data-processing models. In addition, a lightweight blockchain-storage method and a data-recovery mechanism are proposed to reduce the pressure on supply-chain-data storage and improve fault tolerance. The results indicate that the average query delay of public data is 0.42 s, the average query delay of private data is 0.88 s, and the average data-recovery delay is 1.2 s. Finally, a blockchain-based grain-and-oil-food-supply-chain traceability system is designed and built using Hyperledger Fabric. Compared with the existing grain-and-oil-food-supply chain, the model constructed achieves multi-source heterogeneous data uploading, lightweight storage, data recovery, and traceability in the supply chain, which are of great significance for ensuring the safety of grain-and-oil food in China.

Online sales in the textile sector are undergoing a comprehensive renewal process as a result of COVID-19. This article analyzes how the pandemic has influenced the ZARA brand in its sales channel through its mobile application (app). This analysis has been carried out through the development of a UTAUT 2 model into which the constructs of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Design have been incorporated. Based on a sample of 736 Spanish people, an anonymous online questionnaire was distributed, and the responses were modeled using structural equations with Smart-PLS. From the results obtained and their interpretation, it is evident how, when purchasing textile products through the app, consumers are indifferent to the CSR of the brand, while design, ease of condition, and habit are shown as the elements that exert the greatest influence on the buyer. Despite being a growing trend within companies, the importance of CSR actions is not yet a determining factor in the intention to use fashion apps. Perhaps in a situation of uncertainty, consumers seek refuge in a well-known brand, without assessing whether the company is aligned with the interests of its environment. In times of COVID-19, users have changed their shopping habits, directly influencing online shopping. But what are the acceptance factors of these apps during this COVID-19 era? For this study, we have analyzed the ZARA fashion app through a sample of users in Spain, where the app has a higher number of active users.

SummaryCloud computing has attracted great interest in various scientific and technical fields recently as one of the widely adopted networking technologies. Despite their many benefits and applications, it still faces many security and trust challenges, including managing and controlling services, privacy, data integrity in distributed databases, data backup, and synchronization. Moreover, due to its centralized architecture, and lack of transparency and traceability, the results of the trust assessment cannot be fully recognized by all users. However, creating a trust‐based transaction environment has become its key factor. Blockchain, with its nature of decentralization and security, can be leveraged to address these challenges and build a distributed and decentralized trust architecture, due to the underlying characteristics such as transparency, traceability, decentralization, security, immutability, and automation. This article makes a comprehensive study of how blockchain is applied to deliver security services in the cloud computing model, focusing on up‐to‐date approaches, opportunities, and future directions. This survey also discusses the benefits of the technical fusion of blockchain and cloud. It provides a classification of proposed systems based on privacy, data sharing, authentication, and access control, as well as auditing and data integrity. Finally, the main conclusions of this study will be the challenges and future directions to stimulate further research in this promising field.
