Research on Freeze Drying and High-temperature Molding in Medium-temperature Fluorocarbon Board

Abstract: A research and test system for the carbon anode plate preparation technology was established to optimize the physical and chemical indicators of carbon anode plates, such as bulk density, resistivity, and compressive strength, and improve the operating cycle. In this study, a carbon plate was prepared via a combination of high-temperature molding and freeze drying using a formulation with asphalt content much lower than the industry standard. The experimental results show that the density of the carbon plate i… Show more

“…6,16,17 In order to enhance the commercial viability of solid electrolytes, OIPCs should not only be safe and environmentally friendly but also, they should have conductivities comparable to liquid ones. 18 Unfortunately, in their pristine forms, most OIPCs have relatively low ionic conductivity. N,N-Dimethyl pyrrolidinium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide ([C 2 epyr][FSI]), one of the most conductive OIPCs, has an ionic conductivity of 1.9 Â 10 À5 S cm À1 at 30 1C which is still lower than those of ILs.…”

“…The corresponding structure has a great influence on the temperature of the strain test, making it problematic to directly compensate for the temperature strain of the measuring point with the temperature strain of the compensating block. Due to the effects of other factors, the temperature strain at the measuring point is not equivalent to that at the compensating block [ 20 ]. This article first introduces the principle and fabrication of spot-welded strain sensors.…”
