Abstract:In order to solve the low-frequency oscillation of pulse-train- (PT-) controlled switching converter operating in a continuous conduction mode (CCM), a dual-carrier pulse-train (DCPT) control technique is proposed in this paper. With the CCM buck converter as an example, the operational principle, pulse control law, and output voltage ripple of the DCPT-controlled converter are studied. The experimental results are provided to verify the theoretical analysis and simulation results. Compared with the PT-control… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
