Research on defects and control method based on thread shaft forming

Abstract: The defects of incomplete tooth, low tooth height and big pitch are easy to produce, when the thread shaft is rolled by cross wedge rolling. The forming defects of teeth are researched by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the causes of producing tooth defects are analyzed, and forming process is researched by optimizing the die structure.
