Research on decision support system of automobile service based on distributed data warehouse

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of data isolation in the current auto repair industry and the primitive data analysis and decisionmaking means in company, this paper adopts big data technology and data warehouse technology to analyze the business data of company, designs and implements an automobile service company operation decision support system based on distributed data warehouse. The specific solutions of the system are as follows: (1) According to the results of business analysis and demand investigation, the theme of data warehouse is determined, and the theme-oriented data warehouse model is designed and built; (2) Design and build a big data platform based on Spark computing engine; (3) Build a data transmission module by using big data transmission tools to collect and clean the multi-source heterogeneous data sources of automobile service company; (4) According to the needs of company apply the decision support system, and display the indicators visually for decision makers. The system supports the fusion analysis of different dimensions, which is convenient for decision makers to understand the data from the thematic point of view, which provide decision support for company.
