In order to study many problems, such as unreasonable wetland protection, development, and utilization, resulting in a large reduction of wetland area, and so on, with the rise of the construction and research upsurge of the municipal wetland park, a method of wetland park construction path and protection measures based on the perspective of the new era of national participation was proposed. This method takes the construction of urban wetland parks as the research object, starts with the actual demand for wetland parks from the perspective of urban residents’ health in the new era, and discusses the construction path and related protection measures of wetland parks from the perspective of national participation. The results show that urban wetland park is an important green infrastructure in the region. In addition, it should have elastic adaptability, complex benefits, and special regional characteristics, to create an elastic dynamic system that can adapt to changes in planning and design, improve social public service functions, set up public access points, stimulate media benefits, and integrate regional characteristics.

Double-layer primary support is proposed to control the deformation of surrounding rock in tunnels within weak geological conditions, where engineering challenges such as large deformations, tunnel faces, and arch collapse are encountered. This approach is based on the principle of combined resistance and release. A combined approach of numerical modeling and on-site surveillance was utilized to analyze the displacement and stress state of the tunnel support structure at different construction stages of primary support for the second layer, using Xiejiapo Tunnel as an engineering case. The findings indicate that the implementation of two-layer primary support can mitigate the progression of large deformations effectively in weak surrounding rock; the sooner the primary support for the second layer is applied, the better the deformation control, and the later the application takes place, the more effectively the tension in the surrounding rock is diminished, whereby the self-supporting capacity of surrounding rock comes into its own. The force of the shotcrete is reduced. Considering the structural deformation and stress state, as well as combination of resistance and release, it is best to implement the primary support for the second layer 10 feet behind the primary support for the first layer.

A test method for controlling the stress release rate of the tunnel by adjusting the confining pressure is proposed based on the engineering background of Dongmachang No. 1 Tunnel of Huali Expressway to explore a suitable excavation method of soft rock tunnel. Based on the relationship between stress release rate, displacement release rate, and longitudinal advance of excavation face, the model test of tunnel excavation is carried out. On this basis, combined with the horizontal loading test and field monitoring results, the influence of three excavation methods, the three-bench method, three-bench with reserved core soil method, and three-bench seven-step method, on the mechanical behavior of the tunnel is studied. The research shows that the load shared by the double-layer initial support is not equal, and the second-layer initial support only bears 20% of the pressure of the first-layer initial support; replacing the three-bench method with the three-bench core soil method and the three-bench seven-step method can reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock by 8.7~12.4%, and the load borne by the supporting structure is transferred from the second layer to the first layer. In order to take into account the safety and efficiency of tunnel construction, it is recommended to use the three-bench core soil method for excavation. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the construction of related tunnel projects.
