Research of technological properties of cement slurries based on cements with expanding additives, portland and magnesia cement

Abstract: The boring log in the Eastern Siberia regions is characterized by the presence of frozen rocks, which causes a number of specific drilling problems. In such conditions, magnesia materials characterized by high expanding capacity are widely used for cementing wells. These materials improve well cementing quality by increasing the areas of complete contact at the rock-cement and cement-casing boundaries. For their effective use, it is important to evaluate the cementing parameters in comparison with the traditio… Show more

“…Повышение в воздухе рабочих зон концентрации оксидов азота и угарного газа приводит к профессиональным заболеваниям персонала угольных шахт, около 3 % из которых связаны с токсическими воздействиями данных газов (рис.1). Преимущества от применения ДГЛ в угольных шахтах могут быть достигнуты только при условии минимизации вредных выбросов, которые могут привести к профессиональным заболеваниям органов дыхания [43,44].…”

“…To meet all the necessary technological requirements, various additives are introduced into the grouting mixtures that satisfy the drilling conditions [1][2][3][4]. The introduction of additives into plugging systems allows to increase the quality of reservoir isolation [5][6], to solve the problem of cracks [7][8][9][10] at various aggressive temperatures and pressure conditions [11][12][13], to increase the reliability and durability of rock separation [14][15][16]. In recent decades, a large number of scientists have tried to improve the properties of cement-based materials using various nanomaterials due to their excellent chemical, physical and mechanical properties [17][18][19].…”
