It allows increasing fast-acting of devices on NPS base in 100-1000 times, even applying traditional ferromagnetic materials. For thin-film structures, fast-acting increases by some orders more, what allows contending about creating of new element base, on which it is possible making new generation super-fast devices, really working in THz-ranges.
