Research of Metachromatic Reaction of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Abstract: Однако внесение дополнительного количества фосфора в агаризованную среду YEPD улучшало визуализацию реакции метахромазии. Исследование клеток на разных стадиях развития показало, что возраст культуры не влияет на метахроматическое окрашивание.
