Abstract:The results of studying the effect of isothermal annealing on structural, phase transformations, and thermal diffusivity in the diffusion zone of a Cu-Al layered metal-intermetallic composite (LMIC), obtained using technology including explosion welding, pressure treatment and heat treatment, are presented.
