Extant literature reveals that many e‐government initiatives fail especially in developing countries. Despite the alarming failure rate of e‐government initiatives, governments of developing countries are allocating a huge budget to support and improve e‐government services. Prior research suggested that maturity is a prerequisite for e‐government sustainability, but the relationship between e‐government maturity and sustainability is not investigated. Hence, this research is aimed at developing a conceptual framework that maps e‐government maturity to a sustainable e‐government service. First, the determinants of e‐government maturity and sustainability were derived from the extant literature. Then, the proposed conceptual framework is revised based on qualitative research using a multiple exploratory case study considering four G2C cases selected from the e‐government portal of Ethiopia. The conceptual framework was evaluated by domain experts, and the empirical data were analyzed using the thematic analysis technique. The study results show that manager's commitment to prioritize e‐government projects, availability of an ICT department with an independent annual budget for the e‐government development, human resource capability, degree and frequency of customer contacts, ICT infrastructure development, integration, website age, legal and political strategies, organizational e‐government operational plan, and e‐payments were identified to be the determinants of e‐government maturity. The study contributes to e‐government literature by providing a better understanding of the determinants of e‐government service maturity and sustainability and the link between the two constructs. The outcome of the research could also be of value for practitioners as a quality tool to assess the maturity and sustainability of e‐government initiatives. Evaluating the applicability of the proposed framework in different country contexts, a cross‐case study across nations, and conducting a longitudinal investigation of e‐government maturity and sustainability are avenues for future research.

This study aims to explore the implementation of vocational learning in the new normal era related to the content, assignment forms, class management, and describe teacher innovations and hope. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach with a research instrument is a questionnaire. The questionnaire was given to 46 respondents consisting of mechanical engineering vocational teachers from several regions in Indonesia. The questionnaire consists of two categories, namely statements with an option and statements with open answers. The findings of this study are based on two categories, namely theoretical and practical learning. The results reveal that in theory learning, teachers prefer to share material with students in various forms, including PDF, PPT, Video, and others (17.56%), assigning forms in summarizing material (25.19%), and with the full class (47.78%). In contrast, in practical learning, the teacher conducted learning with a system block (5.85%), gave assignments in the form of making projects or products (6.93%), and with half-class management combined with online classes (7.78%). Another finding is the innovation applied by teachers is developing technology-based learning materials and using online platforms. In the new era's learning situation, normal teachers expect a flexible curriculum, as well as standardized, effective, and efficient media, models, methods, and learning platforms. In the learning practice, the teacher expects practice videos and simulation applications that are expected to be by following the expected basic competencies and being equipped with learning practices with the application of health protocols and students' numbers.

The goal of this study is to determine how logistics management affects the organizational performance of ten Ghanaian roofing sheet manufacturing companies. To analyze the influence of logistics management on organizational outcome, the researchers employed multiple linear regression. The findings showed that the aspects of logistics management that have a beneficial impact on organizational performance include inventory management, physical distribution, and warehouse management. Logistics plays an important role in supporting organizations as they strive for more efficient management systems. Better implementation of inventory management, transportation management, physical distribution, and warehousing management procedures in logistics management will help manufacturing firms to improve their performance.
