Research and Synthesis of Alternative Domestic Fireclay Materials in Sanitaryware Fine Fire Clay Products

Abstract: ÖzetSeramik sağlık gereçleri sektöründe üretilen ürünler için iki farklı çamur kullanılmaktadır. Bu çamurlar; vitrifiye çamurları ve fine fire clay (FFC) çamurlarıdır. Uzun ebatlı ve düşük pişme deformasyonun gerekliliği bulunan lavabo türü ürünler FFC çamurları ile üretilmektedir. FFC ürünlerine yüksek mukavemet ve düşük deformasyon davranışını reçete içerisindeki şamot hammaddesinin sağladığı bilinmektedir.
