<p class="Abstract"><span>The research in wireless communication has developed rapidly for the last decades as a result of raising the demand for efficient data transmission with more security and accuracy. This paper proposed a system based on the special multiplexing (SM) technique and linear minimum mean square error (LMMSE) detection method with the assistance of the hamming code as well as the interleaving techniques for a better enhanced performance of an audio transmission. Moreover, the comparison was done between the two systems for different antenna configurations and with the presence of two types of modulation: binary phase shift key and quateradure phase shift key. These systems are employed by Matlab simulation to show significant results in terms of enhancing the Rayleigh fading channel capacity, bit error rate (BER) and security as well as in recovering the transmitting audio signals. Each system has advantages than the others in one performance term respect to the other terms. The Simulation results have provided to prove and discuss our analysis.</span></p>

The modern technologies of the image transmission look for ultra-reducing of the error transmission in addition to enhancing the security over a wireless communication channel. This paper is applied and discussed two different techniques to achieve these requirements, which are linear block code (LBC) and two-dimensions (2-D) interleaving approach. We investigate a new approach of 2-D interleaving that increases the security of the image transmission and helps to diminution the bit error probability (BER). Using an investigated 2-D interleaving grouping LBC approach on image transmission, the system achieves a higher-security information and a better BER comparing with the other systems. It was done by means of peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) and histogram analysis tests. Simulation results state these enhancements.

In this study, the authors propose a new group testing based (GTB) error control codes (ECCs) approach for improving the reliability of memory structures in computing systems. Compared with conventional single-and double-bit error correcting codes, the GTB codes provide higher reliability at the multi-byte error correction granularity. The proposed codes are cost-efficient in their encoding and decoding procedures. Instead of requiring multiplication or inversion over Galois finite field like most multi-byte ECC schemes, the proposed technique only involves bitwise XOR operations, therefore, significantly reducing the computation complexity and latency. For instance, to correct m errors in a Q-ary codeword of length N, where Q ≥ 2, the compute complexity is mere O(mNlog Q). The GTB codes trade redundancy for encoding and decoding simplicity, and are able to achieve better code rate than other ECCs of the same trade-off. The proposed GTB codes lend themselves well to designs with high reliability and low computation complexity requirements, such as storage systems with strong fault tolerance, or compute systems with straggler tolerance, and so on.
