Required Reduction in Dose of Chemotherapy for Retinoblastoma Due to Down Syndrome-Associated Chemosensitivity

Abstract

Because of increased chemosensitivity in patients with Down syndrome, it is important to reduce systemic drug dosages and consider augmenting local therapy in retinoblastoma cases.
