Abstract: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) has limited therapeutic options and a dismal prognosis. Anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy combined with gemcitabine/cisplatin chemotherapy has recently shown efficacy in biliary tract cancers, but responses are seen only in a minority of patients.
