Reproduction of additive-type fluorescence moiré fringes by image drawing software and study of accuracy of fluorescence imprint alignment

Abstract: Based on the first report of the principle and practical observation of additive-type fluorescence moiré fringes for imprint alignment, we here studied the limit accuracy of the fluorescence imprint alignment using image drawing software, image processing software, and data analysis software. According to the practical conditions, fluorescence images of two assemblages having concave lines with a short pitch of p 1 = 4.0 μm and a long pitch of p 2 = 4.4 μm were reproduced on the mold and substrate. The analyze… Show more

“…There are many interesting articles related to image analysis based on the Moiré effect. Fundamental analysis methods include geometric methods [22,43,44,[55][56][57], algebraic methods [23,32,58] and spectral methods based on Fourier series distribution [24,[59][60][61][62].…”

“…For continuous gratings, the signal of the grating is determined as a cosine function that adds a constant value. The overlap uses additive or multiplicative algebraic operators for the analysis [32,48,51,58,[64][65][66]. When the addition operator is used, it is analogous to the combination of sound waves that causes the beat phenomenon.…”
