Abstract:Television in Peru is the media with the greatest reach potential, because more than 80% of the population airs television at least once a week. Television has omitted certain social groups in its transmissions such as LGB-TIQ+ community. They have historically been a marginalised sector suffering widespread violence and discrimination.
