“…7 En 2019 se publicaron algunos casos de trasplante dominó, que fueron reportados como los primeros en México, aunque no lo fueron. 8 Uno de los obstáculos que se presentaron entre el año 2001 y 2004 fue que la pareja al tener un donador vivo relacionado (DVR) y no poder utilizarlo y al compartir el donador se transformaba en un trasplante de donador vivo no relacionado (DVNR), el cual no estaba autorizado para efectuarse en nuestro país, con la excepción entre esposos.
