We explore the dark matter detection prospects in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model in the scenario where the scalar partners of the fermions and the Higgs particles (except for the Standard-Model-like one) are assumed to be very heavy and are removed from the low-energy spectrum. We analyse the neutralino LSP (χ10) in scenarios where the gaugino mass parameters are universal at the GUT scale and also the case where they are non-universal. This analysis is carried out in the framework of a Xenon-like 100 kg experiment. In general, an important fraction of the parameter space giving rise to the dark matter relic density measured by WMAP can be probed and excluded in the case of not detecting any WIMP. In the opposite case, once a WIMP signal has been found, we show that for a light χ10 which is a higgsino-gaugino mixture it is possible to reconstruct efficiently the mass and the scattering cross-section of the neutralino LSP. Moreover, we show that it is also feasible to put strong constraints over some of the parameters of the Lagrangian, e.g. the higgsino and the gaugino mass parameters.

In this paper we study a class of supersymmetric models with non-universal gaugino masses that arise from a mixture of SU(5) singlet and non-singlet representations, i.e. a combination of 1, 24, 75 and 200. Based on these models we calculate the expected dark matter signatures within the linear combination 1 ⊕ 24 ⊕ 75 ⊕ 200. We confront the model predictions with the detected boson as well as current experimental limits from selected indirect and direct dark matter search experiments ANTARES respective IceCube and XENON. We comment on the detection/exclusion capability of the future XENON 1t project. For the investigated parameter span we could not find a SU(5) singlet model that fulfils the Higgs mass and the relic density constraint. In contrary, allowing a mixture of 1 ⊕ 24 ⊕ 75 ⊕ 200 enables a number of models fulfilling these constraints.

We discuss pair production and decays of stops, sbottoms, τ -sneutrinos, and staus in e + e − annihilation in the energy range √ s = 500 GeV to 2 TeV.Numerical predictions within the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) for cross sections and decay rates are presented. We study the stop discovery potential for √ s = 500 GeV and 10 fb −1 integrated luminosity for polarized e − beams. Moreover, we give an estimate of the error of the softbreaking stop and sbottom parameters that can be obtained by cross section measurements with polarized e − beams.
