Report of the Death of the Catalog Is Greatly Exaggerated

Abstract: Kay Johnson and Maribeth Manoff described the various ways in which the University of Tennessee Libraries provide e-journal access to its patrons. The early history of e-journal cataloging at UTL was given followed by the methods currently used. Notes, fields, and subfields used in the bibliographic records, and the E-Journal Wizard, which was developed by UTL personnel, were explained in detail.
