Report of a case of cirrhotic portal hypertension with ectopic varices in the bilateral pulmonary hilar

Abstract: Here, we report the case of patient cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric fundal varices who developed rare ectopic varices in the bilateral pulmonary hilar after repeated endoscopic treatments (tissue adhesive for gastric fundal varices + esophageal variceal ligation + esophageal variceal sclerotherapy) accompanied by serious shortness of breath.
