Abstract:We thank Ferreira and colleagues for their interest and discussion regarding our recent publication. 1 Their letter pointed out three issues: statistical error due to exclusion of patients with indeterminate zone of Agile scores, low diagnostic performance of Agile scores in the Brazilian metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease cohort, and inability to reduce patients with uncertain advanced fibrosis and cirrhosis by Agile scores. 2
