Repetitive sequences in Eragrostis curvula cDNA EST libraries obtained from genotypes with different ploidy

Abstract: Eragrostis curvula (Schrad) Nees (weeping lovegrass) represents important cultivated forage in semiarid regions, and the most useful cultivars are tetraploid and reproduce by pseudogamous diplosporous apomixis.
