Abstract: Pulmonary nodules are usually considered to be associated with malignant tumors and benign lesions, such as granuloma, pulmonary lymph nodes, fibrosis, and inflammatory lesions. Clinical cases of pulmonary nodules associated with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis have rarely been reported.
