Abstract:Background: Tolerance and dependence to anti-nociceptive effect of morphine restricted its use. Nowadays coadministration of morphine and other drugs suggests diminishing this tolerance. Baclofen is one of the drugs that may be beneficial in the attenuation of tolerance to morphine.
