Repeat cultures in septic arthritis, do they change antibiotic management?

Abstract: Objectives: Septic arthritis is an orthopedic surgical emergency. Repeat cultures increase cost and patient discomfort; however, it is unknown whether repeat cultures have any merit in guiding treatment.
