Repair of total anomalous pulmonary venous return to the coronary sinus

Abstract: An alternative technique for channeling the pulmonary venous return towards the left atrium in patients with total anomalous pulmonary venous return to the coronary sinus is described. The advantages of this technique, which avoids the use of patch material and prevents arrhythmias, are discussed.
