Reovirus as an Oncolytic Agent Against Experimental Human Malignant Gliomas

Abstract: Reovirus has potent activity against human malignant gliomas in vitro, in vivo, and ex vivo. Oncolysis with reovirus may be a potentially useful treatment for a broad range of human cancers.
