Afet Yönetiminde Sorumluluğun Yeniden İnşası: Deprem, Sosyal Dramalar, Sosyal Politikalar

Abstract: Türkiye’nin güneydoğusunda 6 Şubat 2023’te, Kahramanmaraş’ın Pazarcık ve Elbistan ilçelerinde meydana gelen iki büyük depremin etkileri ile yaşanan can ve mal kaybı ülkenin afet yönetimi çalışmalarının ve bu konudaki sosyal politikalarının geliştirilmesi gerektiğine işaret etmektedir.
