Abstract: THE EFFECTS OF WARM-WATER FOOTBATH ON  INSOMNIA AMONG ELDERLYBackground: Insomnia is often considered normal when it is allowed to cause disease and even death, especially in the elderly with a percentage of 50% of elderly experiencing insomnia.
