Renal-targeted delivery of triptolide by entrapment in pegylated TRX-20-modified liposomes

Abstract: Previously, 3,5-dipentadecyloxybenzamidine hydrochloride (TRX-20)-modified liposomes were reported to specifically target mesangial cells (MCs) in glomeruli.
