Renal Lymphoma Mimicking a Retroperitoneal Hematoma

Abstract: We report the case of a 65-year-old female with an atypical presentation of renal lymphoma at computed tomography (CT), which was initially misinterpreted as a retroperitoneal hematoma. This case highlights the importance to keep a high level of suspicion in order to make a prompt diagnosis since treatment strategies differ significantly.
