Abstract: Renal Lymphangiectasia (RLM) is a very infrequent benign lymphatic disorder. RLM is often misdiagnosed for other disorders suchas cystic renal masses, usually polycystic kidneys. Although parenthetically found in different cases, RLM is a probable cause of renalfailure and hypertension in undiagnosed victims.
