Removal of Cr(VI) from wastewater through glycine assisted synthesis of TiO2

Abstract: In this study, titanium dioxide was synthesized via solution combustion method. Titanium(IV) oxysulfate was used as a titanium source. The fuel type, reaction time, and reaction temperature were tested for optimization.The glycine was set as a suitable fuel. Structural properties of the final product were characterized by p-XRD.
