Remoção cirúrgica de lipoma por acesso pré-auricular

Abstract: Os lipomas são tumores benignos do tecido adiposo mais frequentes no tronco e nas extremidades do corpo, com incidência baixa na região orofacial. Clinicamente apresentam-se com lesão única ou lobular, assintomático, com crescimento lento, de base séssil, bem delimitados e macios, com coloração amarelada quando mais superficiais, a rósea em regiões mais profundas.
