Abstract: Proper management of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients requiring therapy relies on two important prognostic and theranostic molecular features: respectively, the mutational status of tumoral cells immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain (IGHV) and the characteristics of TP53.
