Contribution/ OriginalityThis study contributes to the existing literature on the reliability of the LRINEC score in early diagnosis of necrotizing fasciitis. It establishes the conclusion of previous studies that a universally reproducible scoring system like the LRINEC score is essential for the early and accurate management of necrotizing fasciitis.
