Reliability-Driven Task Mapping for Lifetime Extension of Networks-on-Chip Based Multiprocessor Systems

Abstract: Abstract-Shrinking transistor geometries, aggressive voltage scaling and higher operating frequencies have negatively impacted the lifetime reliability of embedded multi-core systems.
