Reliability design of rotors for orbital hydraulic motors

Abstract: The reliability of orbital hydraulic motors which are used in mechatronic systems with a hydraulic drive for active working tools on self-propelled machinery is a pressing engineering problem. To increase the reliability, a specific design method was proposed. It required development of a mathematical apparatus and a calculation algorithm. The mathematical tools allowed to realize the method for determination of hydraulic motor reliability by simulating changes in a technical state of the rotors in a hydraulic… Show more

“…The program of experimental studies of roller wear R 1 in the friction pair «roller -roller» at the friction machine SMC-2 According to the recommendations from [25,26], the le vels of factor variation (Table 5) were selected, and the ortho gonal plan for the two-factor experiment was compiled, Table 6. Thus, to determine the impact of the concentration of graphite powder and external load on roller wear R 1 in the pair «roller -roller», we carried out 1 two-factor ex periment.…”

“…A similar situation is observed for other elements of hydraulic drives: motors and hydraulic units. In addition, it is necessary to take into consideration many technical parameters that have an impact on the overall performance and life cycle [20,21]. It leads to the generation of a variety of different parameters, factors, and coefficients that help researchers to make choices [22]- [24].…”
